Users can nest shulkers even without the permission to do so

self explanatory, even when i explicitely disable the permission node for nesting for the default group they can still do it, i had no choice but to disable the permission to use the plugin for them all together, i love nesting items as the server owner, it makes for some interesting items, but I don't want everyone to be able to do that too :(
