feat: Create more personnalized playlist from Musickeeper that sync with music services

Imagine you want to create playlist with all the songs from an artist that you liked and before a date. It is not possible to do it on Spotify or Apple Music (not sure about the last one). This functionnality wil make it possible would create that playlist depending your filters and you can just do it one time and it will be automatically updated on the music service if you like a song that correspond to the filters
