[API docs] Perhaps the "status" field for Documents should be removed

Description:

In the table here, "status" is listed as a valid field for Documents. From brief experimentation, adding this field when creating or updating a document does not actually change the value of the status for the document. If my analysis is correct and this is expected behaviour, I suggest removing "status" from the list of valid values for Documents.
