Unable to open context menu on right-click

For the past month or so I've noticed that I'm no longer able to right-click RSE's "Target / Distance / Todo" panel in EDMC to bring up the context menu.
Since the menu doesn't show up on right-click I can't find a way to ignore, skip or copy systems to clipboard.
I've tried disabling other EDMC plugins I have but it did not fix the issue.

Forgot to mention, I'm using EDSM-RSE v.1.4.3 and EDMC 6.0.2

Same on EDMC 6.1.0, on Linux.
