until recently you could find out the ArtistID on Spotify as described here. https://support.spotify.com/de/artists/article/finding-your-artist-url/

And get a Link like https://open.spotify.com/artist/**3OCFfIWnLWu3o037DrjSS3**?si=JovYZwLWQC2s5VSF3pCG0A

Now you get a Link with redirect.
