any change anyone makes in server config doesn't save and resets each time.

not only that but the common config doesn't work even if its saved it doesn't apply in the world, i tried to turn off structures yet i found like 5 godess statues in less than 8 chunks

Bumping; experiencing same issues on the most recent public Forge 1.20.1 build. Am unable to disable Stamina cost as well as Vessel / Spirit related items due to this
