Lights on the outdoor trigger

It would be a great feature to be able to function lights on an outdoor trigger without the need to have vehicle enter able. If it is already a function I haven't been able to figure out how to make it work. This would be useful on mods that are base on the vehicle lua but aren't derivable in anyway. Certain types of equipment that don't start or move.
