Hey, man. I saw your post on reddit. Any updates on this? I also have the same router, I really want root access to this but no avail. Have you finally cracked this router yet? I searched far and wide and I think this is their website Unfortunately, I think it's a little outdated or the router being sold uses the brand name but isn't registered anywhere. I don't know if this helps but maybe asking the "supposed" manufacturer is a start. I don't know if you're still active or even reading this, but if you do and crack the code, please do update us if you finally get the root access for this. Thanks. |

hey, man. Do you know the SSH password to both @user and @root? I'm having a hard time getting in using the SSH login. I'm sorry if I'm not much help. I actually am new to routers and want to login the SSH to change TTL values. Is there any way to change the TTL of this device? I want to try the SSH method but I don't even know the password to both @user and @root for this device. |

Hello, i have recently bought Tuoshi 5G CPE Router NR500-EA from aliexpress. I am very new to android or unlocking bootloader/customRoms.
The UI is very buggy and has hidden menus that i was able to find via browsers developer mode. One Menu is called debug mode, which has USB mode and Debugging mode on/off. However when i turn these on i am not sure if it does any thing, adb & fastboot can't connect to it. SSH is also enabled by default, i cannot login as root or admin and have tried the ui/wifi passwords which do not work. I am able to login as 'user' where the host name shows up as 'udx710'. With the user account i can't really do anything as most apps in /bin/ are locked down and 'user' doesn't have permissions to use them (simple system apps like ls & pwd).
When holding power-button and WPS button it goes into programming mode. In this mode i am able to use SPDR driver or libusbk, where i can communicate with the modem. However i am unable to connect with adb or fastboot, but i am able to connect with spd_dump where i get a BROM prompt, however i don't know what to do here. I have downloaded the repo and also the link from pan baidu which has the china unicom flasher, which also can connect when i am using SPDR driver in programing mode..

However i am not sure what to do here. I am still stuck on PART 0. I am pretty sure i need to do the FLD1 way. However i am not sure what commands need to be ran to do this. It is not clear what program you are using in the FDL1 part1 wiki. Do i use spd_dump for patching on FDL1? Do i need another rooted device that has Magisk on it? Do i even need to patch FDL1 or can i directly go to Unlock page of the wiki? Also on the Unlock wiki page what is "Execute onekey batch" is this the fastbootd.bat file that was in the pan baidu link?
Can i even unlock this device using your methods ?
