Azw: Compare conversion performance between CbzMage 0.14 and 0.17

The data is 260 books from one publisher. Mostly collections from 100 pages and up, but also a few singles.

The comparison was run on two different 8 core machines (one with hyper-threading, one without).

In both cases CbzMage was configured to have the title files on the system SSD and the azw files on a data HDD. And to use the default number of threads, and not save covers.

The tests differs in where the cbz files were created (the SSD or the HDD) or which cbz compression were used (Fastest or NoCompression). The size difference between Fastest and NoCompression for the tested books is 1.9 % (51.7 vs 52.7 GB)
