GuideBot End User License Agreement (EULA)

NOTICE—READ BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE “GUIDE BOT” SOFTWARE
YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT.
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.



SOFTWARE LICENSE:

You can use and modify "Guide Bot" for your game development. However you can't use "Guide Bot" to make product that competes with "Guide Bot" itself. That is you can't make another AI middleware solution, development kit or editor with this. You also can't release the source files.

This product is being licensed, not sold, to you by Logicking.com. All rights in this product including source code, scripts, documentation, models, textures and other content remains the sole and exclusive property of Logicking.com.

You can use "Guide Bot" under the terms of "Indie" EULA only in conjunction with "Indie" license of Torque 3D (T3D). If you are using commercial licenses of T3D you should obtain commercial license for "Guide Bot" as well.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT
HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE
