How to start the application

Hi, I want to try out this library but cannot start the web server using VS2017.

I am getting error: A project with an Output Type of Class Library cannot be started directly

@ericvillemure By default this project is set to build as a DLL. If you right-click on the project and set the Application Output Type to Console Application. With the output type set, you should be able to debug like normal.

It now gives me an error complaining that there is no static Main function to be called.
