Remove extraneous Contributor-Type lines

Previously, we used the Contributor tag for both individual contributors and funding sources. Now, we have the new tag Funding for all funding sources. If there exist any lines with Contributor-Type Funding, these should be converted into simply Funding. Any lines that state Contributor-Type Individual should simply be deleted, leaving the rest of the Contributor block alone.
