Add YouTube video explaining git and our workflow

To help out our future colleagues get started as "programmers," it might be useful for them to really understand Git. Maybe there's a YT video that quickly and clearly explain git and our preferred workflow - that we could link to in our README.DEV.
If not, maybe @abelsiqueira would like to make one? 🙃

There's a lot of YT videos about GIT. Surprisingly few about a Forking Workflow and they usually assume the viewer knows all the terminology (fork, merge, PR, etc).
Buuuut let's sleep on this until it becomes a real issue. Or I might take it up with the TNO Coding Guild since it's not really Tulipa specific.
