I am unable to open the app, at all.

**Expected Behaviour**

I expected the app to open.

**Actual Behaviour**

I expected the app to open, there was no error or anything, it just doesn't open regardless of how many times I click the application.

**Steps to Reproduce the Problem**

Im not sure, download then open the app, fail to open the app?
