Warez account to Premium

Hi, I'd like to ask about players who play with a warez account and then purchase a legitimate account with the same username. I have UUIDs set up to be 'original UUIDs' for legit players. Will it automatically transfer the old data to the new UUID, or should I have had this disabled from the start? My server is currently set up for legitimate players, but if I switch it, everything will change to offline UUIDs, and players will lose their VIP status and other things.
