What config should I use when hooking my own plugin onto this? Custom case (Velocity)

So I'm making an authentication plugin, but I'm having issues checking whether a player is playing cracked or "premium". I decided it was a good idea to use FastLogin, but even with premiumUuid set to true, the premium player still gets a cracked UUID. Does anyone know a way to solve this? And is there an easy way I can check the premium status?

What I have tried:

1. Both auto register and name change check are turned on
   • The premium UUID is set, but cracked players whose usernames are taken by premium users cannot join.
2. Both auto register and name change check are turned off
   • The premium UUID isn't set
3. Auto register is turned off, but name change check isn't
   • Same results as 1, but worse.

What I need in the end:

• A consistent way to check if a player is PLAYING on cracked or "premium", without having any username collision, separating premium UUIDs and cracked UUIDs so player data doesn't collide. (On my own plugin!)
• A good config to make this work
