Move back to using death event or mixin #170

In the past we switched to LivingDamageEvent because there were issues with cancelling deaths, but this introduced new issues - for example we can't safely use checkTotemDeathProtection, and are reliant on event priority.

For future versions, should reevaluate moving back to a death hook, since realistically there should be no issues as long as we act similar to a totem of undying.
