While a test suite exists for this project, it is not currently being maintained due to toolchain issues (if anybody wants to fix that, have at it!).
Spiral is being developed under the Apache 2.0 License, with a Commons Clause limiting the sale of the source or resulting software. Ownership and distribution of the application as a whole is retained by its creator, Jocelyn Badgley.
