Data are in a format that is ready to load into the graph database, based on the mapping files in issue #7. @jdeck88 when all the boxes are checked, data will be ready to load. I'll tag you when it's all done.

@jdeck88 Copy the PPO model for entities and relations.

Use the files called $dataset_traits.csv to map to ontology. Only use variable name and SRPDIO term.

Use scrutizer.csv for actual data. You only need to pull the variable name (which maps to SRPDIO via _traits.csv), the location, the unit, and the value. Use a data property to record the verbatum unit.

For garden roots data and trait lists, look in the folder called scrutinizer, then use the three individual sets of files.
