@jdeck88 Copy the PPO model for entities and relations.
Use the files called $dataset_traits.csv to map to ontology. Only use variable name and SRPDIO term.
Use scrutizer.csv for actual data. You only need to pull the variable name (which maps to SRPDIO via _traits.csv), the location, the unit, and the value. Use a data property to record the verbatum unit.
For garden roots data and trait lists, look in the folder called scrutinizer, then use the three individual sets of files.
