This ontology is used to integrate data from multiple Superfund Research Program (SRP) centers, include the University of Arizona, UC San Diego, and the Colorado School of mines. SRPDIO uses descriptive terms from the Environment Ontology (ENVO), the Plant Ontology (PO) and the Phenotype and Trait Ontology (PATO), along with the observation model from the BioCollections Ontology (BCO), to merge quantitative data into a single searchable database.
More information will be available at http://obofoundry.org/ontology/srpdio after the ontology is published.
There has not yet been a stable release of this ontology. Once there is one, the latest version of the ontology can always be found at: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/srpdio.owl. For now, there is just this github code.
Editors of this ontology should use the edit version, src/ontology/srpdio-edit.owl
