Recreate derivatives for problem aerials images

Describe the bug

There's an error with Cantaloupe that's causing derivatives to not process completely (#651 & #659). White rectangles to appear on some images. Tried to update the default display size (#652), but there are still issues with the images when they are viewed/resized in the UV.

Acceptance criteria

Done means:

• No white rectangles anywhere

Related work

We've decided to hold of this until we have an opportunity to do a deeper dive into the root cause of the issue #659. We've also decided that this issue should not bar publication of the aerials collection #418.
