Time Tracking: MA-62

This is done when:

  • AcademicTerm JSON updated to reflect Academic and Administrative Calendar 2024–2025 and saved as "UCSDAcademicCalendar_2024-2025.json"
    • Problem: Summer Session 2025 information not available
  • Checkout the AcademicTerm project
  • Add the updated academic calendar json file
  • Commit and push to the AcademicTerm project
  • Notify issue creator (c3bryant)
  • Testing PASS in QA
  • Deployed to PROD (Partial deployment - Fall,Winter,Spring terms)
  • Testing PASS in PROD (Blocked by Summer Session 2025 above)

Notes:

  • PROD Target Date for FA25,WI25,SP25: 2024-09-10 (Deployed)
  • PROD Target Date for S125, S225 (Waiting on data)
