Add T Shirt Sizes as an Event Option #91

I think shirt sizes might be good to have as an option on a per-event basis. We can't guarantee every event will have XS-sized shirts. To go against that though, if someone does request an XS and the event doesn't have that you can assume that then the organisers can just convert those to S.
