Fix Netlify links

Right now, the Netlify preview uses absolute links, and so keeps sending users to the actual UF Carpentries website. We should fix it so we can use those preview links properly.

There's a page on fixing this in Hugo. I think there's likely something similar we can do with a netlify.toml script and maybe modifications to the _config.yml file, but I don't know how to do it that isn't mess around with random things and hope it works
