This chapter should explain:

  • Who can create a project in HCC (and manages a project team)
  • How can one create a project
    • Materials to be filed to Core
      • A proposal describing the project
  • What measure can be taken by Core

And maybe more. A good reference should be the process model of OSes.

Project is a general concept here: it can be a software project, a working group (e.g. visualization, course development), or anything else that can be backed by HCC.

(many offline discussions before)

We now have new requirements for establishing projects:

  • Leaders (or members) of a project SHOULD (at least) deliver one speech in HCC Talk Series describing their project and related ideas. The speech can be an introduction, a curriculum, or anything else that is suitable to be shared.

This may be added into the Regulation on Project Establishment. @ecwu You may want to improve the regulation.
