Releases on conda-forge via the sentence-transformers-feedstock

In the documentation, it seems that sentence-transformers is installable via conda and the conda-forge channels. However, it seems that the latest releases available on PyPI are not currently available in conda-forge.

In this regard, I made 2 PRs on the feedstock:

• REL sentence-transformers 3.1.0 conda-forge/sentence-transformers-feedstock#42
• REL sentence-transformers 3.1.1 conda-forge/sentence-transformers-feedstock#43

Being a pure Python package, the release on the conda-forge is pretty straightforward.

@tomaarsen since you were the release manager on the PyPI channels, I was wondering if you also planned to take care of the conda-forge feedstock to have both conda-forge and PyPI in sync?
