Properly document Rstudio on Alvis when needed for teaching

• none of the modules mentioned are there

One can check if RStudio is available via OnDemand

As I said: This page is linked to from the 3-language course. I think you teach RStudio there.

By then there might be a local page and the uppmax page is not needed!
