Updates to katana config

Katana PR #13 creates a config file to set the necessary config parameters for running WindNinja. The WindNinja config in SMRF should be updated to reflect this and/or use some smart features to help the user.

wind_ninja_pref to wind_ninja_topo_suffix which defines the file name and will keep it in line with the katana config. This would require the use of the topo file to build the file name but has the added benefit of ensuring the the topo used in SMRF is the same topo to run katana.

wind_ninja_dxy is in the output file name for the WindNinja files, this could be inferred from the file name. The only benefit is to ensure/document that SMRF is using the right run from WindNinja.
