Save Initial GPS Coordinate and Load as Final Waypoint

Description:

• This task relates to Load GPS Waypoints from File into a Collection #93. Upon the robot starting up, we will want to take the initial GPS coordinate and provide that to the service node to use as the final waypoint it provides.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The initial GPS coordinate should be presented as the final waypoint.
