• package.xml

Files from espresso we should consider:

• Launch/lane_detection_server.launch (Should we still use xml?)
• Models/ (Generated model weights from the notebook, used in lane_detection_inference.py)
• Msg/ (We definitely need this since the code directly references it)
• Config/ (We definitely need this for lane detection)
