之前不知道为啥就显示“该代理不可使用”，然后就更新到最新版本的unblockneteasemusic，删证书重装证书，卸载重装网易云音乐，清后台什么的反正就瞎折腾了好几次可以用了，结果第二天重启又不可以，再重复昨天的步骤也还是不行
以及，安装证书的时候，没有弹出警告，直接显示安装成功
