Description

lorsque l'utilisateur est connecter, un 2e bandeau apparais (peut etre d'une autre couleur ? )
avec les bouton suivant

Icone Discord (qui renvoie vers le canal vocal par defaut)
reglement (il faudra que je prepare une page en md traduite)
wiki
IP (clic copie directement en carbonne copie)
Changelog Unitystation
si c'est un admin, les bouton suivant seront présent en haut a droite
add task
finish editing task
add user
