Re-add testing for cloud asset sensors

Tests for cloud sensors are currently commented out as they refer to old code.

We should re-add tests to ensure that the sensor class (cloud_outputs/sensor_class.py) has the correct behaviour, namely, that it runs the publishing asset job on the correct partition when the monitored assets are materialised (and only if they were materialised since the last sensor run).
