内容

まず操作できるようにするための各部の実装

まず操作可能にする(機能実装せず)
スタイルは現状のボイス側になるべく揃える・無いものは要素デフォルト

以下のタスクリストにおいて：

メニューの作成

シンガー

シンガーの表示
シンガーパネル開閉ボタン

テンポ、拍子、音量の設定

各インプット

ピアノロール

空・エリア確保のみ(可能であれば鍵盤と横ラインのみ追加)

プレイヤー

再生/停止ボタン
再生位置表示
最初に戻る(シーク)
音量スライダ
