🐛 Bug - Display Role not working properly

Describe the bug
The Display Role permission for roles isnt working as intended

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a Planet
2. Make a Role
3. Give yourself that role
4. Your role will eventually show up in the list being displays separately even with the permission turned off

Expected behavior
You get the Role colour but your username will be under the highest Role with the Display Role permission on
