Add CometAPI as a Model Provider for Enhanced AI Capabilities

ValueCell currently supports multiple LLM providers (OpenRouter, SiliconFlow, Google, OpenAI), but developers need even more flexibility and options when selecting model providers. Adding more provider options would enhance the platform's versatility and allow users to optimize for cost, performance, and specific model capabilities across their financial agents.

Describe the solution you'd like
We'd like to propose adding CometAPI as an additional model provider option for ValueCell. CometAPI offers:

• Wide Model Selection: Access to a comprehensive range of large language models from various providers
• Multimodal Capabilities: Support for text, image, video, and audio generation - perfect for enriching financial analysis and reports
• OpenAI-Compatible API: Seamless integration with existing OpenAI-based implementations
• Competitive Pricing: Cost-effective options for running multiple agents at scale
• Global Availability: Reliable API access for international users

Given that ValueCell already has excellent support for multiple providers and uses OpenAI-compatible APIs, integrating CometAPI would be straightforward and provide immediate value to the community.

Describe alternatives you've considered
While the current providers (OpenRouter, SiliconFlow, Google, OpenAI) work well, having CometAPI as an additional option would:

• Give users more pricing flexibility for running multiple concurrent agents
• Provide backup options if primary providers experience downtime
• Enable access to specialized models that might not be available through other providers
• Support the platform's goal of building the world's largest decentralized financial agent community

You can check out this PR: #247, which introduces support for the OpenAI provider. All you need to do is add several files, and you can accomplish this using AI coding tools. The framework will automatically fall back to this provider if the user has it configured.
