1/ Remove (only) files in bin/osx32, bin/osx64 2/ mkdir build; cd build; 3/ cmake -DBUILD_FRAMEWORK=1 .. 4/ makemac
Although this flag is marked deprecated (and the intended replacement appears to be using IOSurfaceCreateMachPort or IOSurfaceCreateXPCObject to share with specific processes rather than global) it is required with the current implementation of SteamVR.
