In the Keyboard Layout all keyboard layouts are in one list, and there's a many repetition of the same languages, which makes choosing a layout quite confused.

I think this should to be fixed somehow, maybe with sub-menus,
various Dvorak, Legacy, Windows, Macintosh, No dead keys, QWERTY, AZERTY, Phonetic, Right-handed, Left-handed etc. layout variations should be in sub-menu.

like, there is:
44 English,
13 Arabic
6 Armenian
9 Ukrainian
26 French
10 Filipino
21 German
20 Hungarian
14 Kurdish
12 Portuguese
24 Russian
11 Spanish
etc.

That makes the list very, very long...

Vanilla.Install.Keyboard.mp4

As an example, on Ubuntu installer there is separate "Keyboard variant" section
ubuntu

Perhaps it can be implemented in Vanilla Installer in a similar way.

I agree, grouping them would be a better solution here.

I believe the layouts have categories such as "extra" in the underlying system, they can be used for grouping. I don't exactly remember how it works though, but I can find it if necessary.
