Add right-click copy/paste contextual menu within installer log

Short Description

When the installer errors out, there is no right-click menu to copy the log error

Detailed Description

Begin the VanillaOS installer — when an error occurs, there are two options a) Close and b) open Log. When opening the log, the text field does not allow copy/paste right click menu

Expected Behavior

The text area should be editable and include copy/paste functionality.

Actual Behavior

You can only read the text.

Reproducible in:

Tested on bare metal, 2015 12" Macbook — sorry, can't get more detailed spec as lshw is not included in the installer image. ISO VanillaOS-2-testing.20240102

As a workaround, you can select the text and then paste it with middle click.

Laptops don't have middle mouse buttons unfortunately.
