Stuck on the level 11 elemental tutorial

I am playing with the psi mod in All the Mods 3 and am going through the tutorials, however when I clicked on learn for the elemental tutorial, the mod would not let me progress past that point. I created a spell that worked with the spell components that were given to me, and successfully used that spell, which said that I could move on to level 12, but then when I went to start the level 12 tutorial, it would not let me start it.
