The vanilla variants of the glazed terracotta blocks do not stick to honey or slime blocks, however the new pillar and and centered variants do. This new versions of the blocks are easier to integrate into builds and are generally more pleasing to look at, so it would be cool if this property could be added to these new variants. I also noticed that it seems like the sound that gets made when an iron rod harvests a tortoise is universal? At least within the loaded chunks. I can hear the sound of the tortoises I have in my farm getting harvested even though I'm a good 100 blocks away from them. It also seems like bees cannot interact with any block tagged as "flowers" unless it is a traditional style flower. Any of the flowering leaves and the redbud wood/logs, bees don't recognize they can pollenate them (save for the flowering oak tree leaves on full moons).
