Google ReCaptcha aka Turnstile #314

Hello! There is a javascript turnstile that solves it, but then it goes back to the second one, which is a turnstile disguised as Google ReCaptcha. Is it possible to solve this? Link: filmvilag.me/get/film/4660696 In the first case, there is an internal redirect to check.php, then back to the second captcha.
