#38 Issue 38: [Feature] Decentralized Identity (DID) Gating

Description:
Require a beneficiary to hold a specific KYC or Employee Soulbound Token (SBT) in their wallet before the contract allows them to call claim().
Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Add required_sbt_address to the global contract config.

[ ] In claim(), perform a cross-contract call to the SBT contract to check balance_of(beneficiary) > 0.
