To improve user engagement and interaction on the website, we need to enhance the user interface elements by adding hover effects. Specifically, this includes the "Our Amazing Contributors" line and the associated button. Currently, these elements are static, which may lead to a less engaging user experience.

Goals:

• Make the "Our Amazing Contributors" line visually appealing with an interactive hover effect.
• Improve the button below the line by adding a dynamic hover effect.

Expected Improvements:

Text Hover Effect:

• Implement a hover effect on the "Our Amazing Contributors" line that changes its appearance (e.g., text color change, underline effect, or slight scaling) to make it more engaging.

Button Hover Effect:

• Add a hover effect to the button that alters its background color, adds a shadow, or slightly scales the button to indicate interactivity.

Proposed Solutions:

• Use CSS transitions or animations to create smooth hover effects for both the text and button.
• Ensure the hover effects are consistent with the overall design and branding of the application.
