📋 Description
The layout of the sign-up form and footer section is not fully responsive. The form elements are slightly misaligned, and the footer content (specifically the "Contact Us" and social media icons) appears cramped on smaller screens.

❌ Actual Behavior
The form fields and buttons in the sign-up form are misaligned. The footer content becomes cramped and disorganized, particularly on smaller screens, with social icons and the "Contact Us" section not spaced correctly.
