[Bug]: Dark Mode Toggle is not working !!

📋 Description

The Dark mode/Light Mode toggle, in the right, is not working.

✔️ Expected Behaviour

• For Dark Mode
  The background-colour should change in black and the text-colour should change in white.
• For Light Mode
  The background-colour should change in white and the text-colour should change in blacj.

❌ Actual Behaviour

Here, the background-colour and text-colour is same for both modes.
