Any chance for MD-CHGR sniffing? I'm from NL as well and I got a HU803 in my volvo (S60), so I could provide that. I also have a leftover 603 laying around, and even another (disassembled) 803 with a non-working left channel.

As far as I've been able to find out is that MD-CHGR protocol is not that different from CD-CHGR, just need to get the right identifier and cartridge info request. However, it doesn't stop there. So, any sniffed traffic would be really helpful. I am of course willing to put the protocol open source (if allowed...) if I get it working.

I'm using the CD-CHGR version from visualapproach at the moment, and I'm working on a PCB with a BK8000L as bluetooth module, with serial support so I can display the song names on the screen. My 803 doesn't work with SAT, so that option is not available for me, hence why I'm trying to get MD working.

I live in Tilburg, so that's not too far away. Hu603 and 803 are very similar, except 603 has an internal amp, but it would be interesting to see if the traffic is different.

How shall I give you my contact details?
