Allow annotations to be loaded via column/relation prefixed with annotation_ #59

This may be challenging - will require

Special treatment of column heads in checking for new_image and in relation names for metatdata
Requires DB check for existence of relevant keys - strict check would look for precedent on node/edge type. Loose - just look for use anywhere.
