Steps to Reproduce

设置默认列高
设置多级列
列中部分设置hide

Current Behavior

显示的列的高度和预期不一致

Expected Behavior

希望列的高度所见即所得，不受是否hide影响

- OS: mac
- Browser: chrome
- Framework: 无
