Possibility to sort PVs/media on song entries #1758

Currently, it is only possible to sort PVs/media links of song entries by deleting/removing them and readding them in the wanted order.
To make that process easier, a drag and drop function could be introduced. That feature is already possible for song list entries basically.
Another option could be to display arrow buttons beside each element/PV to either push them up or down in the list.
